Its really sad to work for a company and you care about the clients and their needs more then the owner those clients deserve better than that. We are hired with new way to be their voice SO IM SPEAKING UP THE OWNERS ARE IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK THOSE CLIENTS ARE NOT PAYCHECKS THEY ARE PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME!

i would have to agree with the other reviews. i once was employed with this company. i was suspended by one of the owners for not administering the medication Acyclovir within 4 hours of the prescription being ordered, & was told that this was an antibiotic. 1. I took it upon myself to order this medication from the MD myself. 2. its not even an antibiotic. I attempted to contact the owner...

While the care givers are good and caring, they are restricted by the owners, whom only care about money. The owners don't care about the employees either. They use them and throw them away when they are done. If you are an LVN/RN who is currently employed with this company, you are putting your license at risk. If you are a care giver, you will be written up many times for mundane things. ...

Abuse, neglect, lies and stealing from tax payers, while owners drive more then one Mercedes Benz. TheY Have multilple violations from the California Dept of Health. You do not want to work for this company or have anybody you care about have anything to do with them. Do not place any of your loves ones in any of their 11 facilities! Take good adviice from somebody who had to learn the hard way!
