I had my basement completely remodel new office, family, bathroom, and laundry area.

Ken was the general contractor and help the design work. He was responsible for all the work. He personally did a ton of work including pulled the permits, framing and walls. Electrical, plumbing, tile and carpet were sub-contracted.

Ken was professional, knowledgeable, on schedule and within estimated He gave me some tips on how to complete other work I was doing in the room as well.

Ken is professional and always responds to phone calls. His work is very good and he makes sure the customer is satisfied before completing the job. The new slider looks great. I would recommend hiring Ken at New Surroundings.
