They knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manor. I was very pleased with them and signed a year contract which I plan on renewing every year. This is the first time I have had peace of mind about this generator since it was installed 2 yrs ago. They will doany maintenance on it from now on.

Just know that there are a lot of others involved in installing a whole house generator. You will find your contractor having to wait on plumbers and your electrical service provider. It can take some time. It is not a one day job.

Great response. Located problem but same issue arose three days later so it wasn't actually repaired. They are coming back to look at it again.we will see then about quality and expertise.
