The Bait & Hook tactic is the beginning of the absolutely worst contact Ive had with a "car care specialist". Driving for three decades Ive done business with a fair amount of "car care specialists". I brought my '00 Lexus RX 300 on Nov.29th. '14 I was referred by my regular mechanic. Recently my transmission had started shifting incorrectly.
