STAY AWAY! We hired Lincoln to paint 3 rooms, tile the balcony, and refinish the floors. The floors: they probably did not wait before the first coat was dry enough before applying the next coat so you can see where the brush went, the floors are not homogeneously glossy, they have patches of unglossy circles. The floors are not smooth. You can see splashes, brush movements. Words cannot...
