King Fung may be dumpy, but don't judge a fluorescent-lit ex-pizza parlor by its cover. The food at this tiny Chinese eatery is good, cheap, and adventurous. Unusual house specialties include a coal-fired Mongolian fire pot (broth fondue) and a multi-course Peking duck feast (order 24 hours in advance).
This is unquestionably the absolute best chinese food in Boston. Event he most mundane ('Shanghai Chow Mein') dish to the Hon Sue Beef (would love a recipe, eh?) is a treat.
