My mom has been at this facility for approximately six weeks & I'm very disappointed. We have to come everyday to supervise my mom's care. CNA are lazy and are not at all helpful. Although they are trying to improve the facility, the staff is what makes the facility appealing. Staff must have a caring and positive attitude. Not seen here. It's like no one knows there job or what's expected....

Family member treated terribly. Aides made fun of patient because of their obesity and did not want to help them complaining patient caused them pain to move them around. The staff (mostly african american) showed extreme distaste of white patients. I removed my family member and during this process, I got no help from the staff and not just a dog needs to treated better than this, a filty...
