I had a great experience when I went to New Era. I brought in some broken gold to sell and a couple of rings with diamonds that I had no use for to see how much I could get. I met Brian and he looked at each piece and told me how much the gold was worth and how much extra he would pay for the diamonds. He even sized the diamonds for me. We settled on a price and he paid me cash.
