The food is good but the service is the WORST EVER!! Walked in to place an order. Told it would be 10 minutes. 3 people came in after me, also to place orders, not to pick up call ins. EVERYBODY...

every time I've ordered delivery from here, it has arrived extremely tough and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an unnecessary amount of time. would not recommend ever.

After our favorite chinese restaurant... fortune palace.. closed down we tried several local restaurants... including those close by work in cary, for take out...which had received high ratings, but were bland and not the quality we expected. We took a chance with new china express and we were blown away by the taste and the friendlieness of the staff and delivery driver. We feel that this...
