Terrible practice! Very unprofessional staff. Waited an hour and asked woman how much longer, she said she would check then I watched as she never even left the office. Staff then refused to let me go back with young daughter claiming it is against OSHA regulations. That is a lie! Then they refused to give me my daughters records. Since Dr. Dana Nichols has sold the practice I Won't go back. Totally unprofessional uneducated staff very poor customer service ;( I was totally happy with this practice for 12 years. To Bad the new people have run it into the ground.

My entire family (including all 8 children and 3 grandchildren) sees Dr. Dana Nichols at New Carlisle Family Dental. Their charges are very reasonable and he's gone as far as to glue a crown back on at my request. He told me it wasn't the best route but it would work until I could afford to have the tooth appropriately re-crowned.
