I am not sure I trust these people my son just took a bunch of metal from a metal roof and some tin from a torn down shed and some pipes and they gave him 2.00. All that work tearing things down and loading everything etc. For 2 bucks. Not again it's easier to let the trash man recyclers pick it up and I don't have to pay for gas. I just looked at the receipt and we only got $ 1.84. We were...
We like that the recycling place is close to us, but their customer service is terrible. This place does NOT have ANY signs posted as how to handle the recycables, but the workers expect you to know. So the workers' response is,"That's common sense!" My response is,"If I don't work here, how would I know?!" My advice to them is: Invest in Customer Service Training.
Unfortunately, only 10 out of 300 units signed a petition in my complex wanting recycling reciprocals so, having Nevada Recycling is awesome =) all the employees are very nice and helpful =)
