Dr. Ko spent a great deal of time with me in the effort to discovery the cause of my problem. He is personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated. I would recommend Dr. Ko to everyone who is suffering with an eye issue.
Dr. Hershewe is a warm, kind, caring and responsible physician who is extremely well trained and skilled. One could not ask for more from a a neuro - opthomologist. I count myself as fortunate to be one of patients.
Apparently there is a very narrow window or hoop you must jump through to ever get an appointment even after doing all the office requires, like a referral, fill all the forms out, send them back, wait for someone to call you to make the appointment which they do on Friday Mornings before 12 noon. Then after missing the call find that at 1 pm the office is closed, THEN go round and round the...
I was a patient of Dr. Hershewe from 2000-2016 at that point I moved. He was the best, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and irreplaceable. I was diagnosed with MS in 99 and referred to him for optic neuritis. He was always available to me by phone or by appointment. I will be moving back Northern NV by the end of 2018 and looking forward to continuing my care with him.
He has incompetent office help. I had two doctors send referrals. Because they came in on different days they couldn't figure out they were for the same person. I waited and waited, calling each week to see if he had reviewed the referrals only finally to be told he didn't have time to see me. Then two weeks later after seeing another doctor I get a call telling me to come in that day.
