Utterly awful. This place has a bad reputation in town. Just ask around. It is unfortunate, and somewhat obvious, that in a vastly underserved area like the Ohio Valley, this is the trash we get stuck with.

Dr. Imad Melhem is an excellent psychiatrist, very caring and accessible. I'd recommend him to anyone needing psychiatric services. Also his staff is very friendly.

You always have to wait a long time but it is worth it. Just make sure you do not have anywhere else to be. I see Doctor I. Melhem and he is amazing! I also see the new therapist Amy and she is also amazing! They have done wonders for me so far and I can look forward to a bright future!
