It clearly appears this is a position which includes you selling services/product...and that means you actually SELLING and not you TAKING ORDERS.  There's a difference.  It also clearly states the BASE PAY is the 18.2K you mentioned but there is also a commission/bonus plan to compensate for the sales you make.  What's wrong with that?  Of course, you are expected to SELL and if you don't, you...

This company is a huge scam! Had an interview with them today. Base pay is $18,200/yr but they expect you to work 50-60 hours per week. That's about $5/hr. Feel sorry for the poor sap who accepts that terrible wage. On top of that they claim the job is for an administrative assistant but you also have to make sales.
