I also could never contact them directly. I have a warranty with them and I am in the process of trying to get my money back from the car dealership because Administer Co./American Auto Assurance Company have done nothing for me.

Not sure if this company is even real. Had a warranty. Never could get in touch directly, took money, and when cancelled, reluctant to give refund.
