I had to arrange to remove my brother's body from the county morgue or storage charges would begin. So I didn't have a lot of time to shop around. The moment they have your credit card #, their entire attitude changes. I dealt with "LISA" - she wouldn't let me get my words out, she finished my sentences before I could speak them, she stumbled & stuttered when I asked her to explain the charge...

Do not use California Cremation in San Jose

The people who are suppose to help you, actually don't. They promise things and never deliver. My son's ashes came a week late-and this was well after the 8-10 day mark they give you. I was never allowed to see my son also.
They are cold through out the whole ordeal after receiving your money. They are all about the bottom line... MONEY! nothing else matters to them as far as I have noticed in my dealings with them. I realized this is my opion, but it hurts to have to deal with people like these when you have such a sad emtional situation on your hands. Take care, go somewhere else, I...

When I lost my mother last month, we called Neptune because they were there for us before several years ago when we lost Grandma. We called Neptune because we knew they would do a good job and their people were friendly and comforting during a really tough time.
