We have been staying at this hotel last week and it was fabulous. Personnel at frontdesk are always very kind and helpful. This is an old building but we can see that upgrades have been added this year (toilet, sink, carpet, mattress). It is always very clean. It is right on the beach and affordable. The hotel is located right at Ogunquit beach, so you can't beat the location. That's all I can as the room definitely needed some updates she repairs. Our sliding screen door had a big rip in it, bathroom fixture was half hanging off the ceiling, mirrors had makings on them from we don't know what, and I saved the best...

The location of this place really stands out - right on the ocean in the gorgeous little town of Ogunquit. The staff were friendly and helpful (hairdryer available from front desk on request), and the room was perfectly fine - comfy king size bed, clean and adequate bathroom. Free parking in the large car park across the road on request.
