I went in for an internet connectivity issue. They plugged me in and fixed a setting right there on the spot. No charge and 15 minutes later, I was out the door. Great help! Hope I don't have computer trouble anytime soon, but if so, I will certainly take it here.

I totally agree with the first comment on the store and the service, they have been around since 2000. Long before any of the other computer companies, very friendly staff and VERY quick turn over rate.

And for the other comment, a business is a business for that matter I can totaly understand... I mean if you had a business too wouldnt you want to see it succeed? A business wont go...

Not Good. Bought a computer from them online, with a slip in the packaging stating that the system was tested and working. Hook it up, turn it on, and it wasn't working. Sent it back, and they said that the power supply in the case was not powerful enough for the system. Shouldn't this have been discovered in the testing?????

I've shopped at Neo Computers several times and the people there have always been helpful and knoweledgeable. Their prices aren't as good as pricegrabber . com but if you need it today they usually have it in stock.
