What a HORRIBLE and DISORGANIZED shipping company!! First let me say that I did not choose this carrier. They are used by Home Depot. I ordered a bathtub and was given a 3 day scheduled delivery.

I used the company's website to track my delivery. The tub was picked up by them on 11/10 and sat there until 11/13. When I called on 11/11 AND 11/12, they were not able to tell me where my bathtub...
