As a Chicago local who regularly dines out in the west loop, I was a bit disappointed by Nellcote. Highlights included the pizza and vegetable sides. The crust was perfect, the sauce was flavorful and the vegetables were interesting and quite tasty. Server was fantastic. One of best I've ever had in the city. When she learned we were headed to united center for concert she made special effort to get our orders out quick and got us on our way. Our guests had never been there and were really impressed by food, ambiance and location.

I hadn't been to Nellcote for a long time but was reminded how much I've always enjoyed dining there. It's just a beautiful space. I appreciate their smaller serving sizes and delicious fennel sausage pizza. Our server was very helpful and attentive.
