Charged $364.00 to replace a defective thermostat that they original installed. The new thermostat could be had for $39.00 online. I would never ever use this company again

They replaced a "defective" thermostat they they installed with a $40.00 (online price) thermostat. They charged an outrageous 363.00 for doing that simple job. I called them to discuss it multiple times and they never ever called me back. I would never use them again
