Extremely rude staff! After finding out that I owed a bill I never knew existed, as a good consumer I try to go pay it off so it would not have an affect on my credit, the agent refused to take my payment but was not nice about it, she proceeded to make a scene yelling at me to get out, she was not gonna help me in anyway, snatching paperwork from my hands and waving her hands in my face!!
