We hired Navis Ship and Pack in Las Vegas to ship our goods to Spain back in July 2011. We were planning on moving there. We paid for the more expensive air freight option of almost $9000 so we could get our items more quickly. They portrayed themselves on the phone and on their website as experts with 25 years experience navigating the process and paperwork. In October we were informed by UPS (Not Navis) that our shipment was undeliverable but stuck in Spain. Navis had contracted with UPS to ship the goods.
