Help us make it rightI purchased a system from these people. My timer broke but they will not repair or replace it because I don't use them to fill up my system (I buy the same chemicals myself and do it myself to save tons of money). They said that since I wasn't a "regular" customer they would not service my equipment. Never heard of this before.
Stay away from these people!! They won't tell you how much something costs until they're done, and then they charge you an arm and a leg. The front desk is incompetent (can't return an email, can't provide any useful information), and owner is rude and condescending (claimed that stopping to tell me what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost wasn't worth their time--clearly they're too busy and important to consider what the homeowner wants).
