On Sep 6, 2012 I purchased four tires and road hazard protection at this store (#294). I used NTB credit In the amount of $634.98. In 2014, I caught a nail in the sidewall edge that could not be repaired. The store was unable to retrieve my records even with my last name, phone number, an image of my credit card statement with the store number, date of transaction, and amount. But they were...
