Good Venue

Average Rating
80

I always love The National Theatre. The theater is maintained, convenient, and has good touring shows. We saw Annie and it was very good and the kids in the show were awesome. The one negative was a negative to the production company. They were selling these small stuffed Annie dolls and dogs for $40/each that you could probably buy for...

Annie

Had some great seats and the youngest of the family enjoyed the production as much as the grown-ups. We parked close to the theatre and was able to get out of the parking garage quickly.

Commitment to the Arts

Average Rating
80

The fact that the theatre has been reconstructed many times, including as a result of five devastating fires throughout the 1900's, is a credit to Washington's commitment to the arts. It is still in use today and is a must for any DC tour.

Fabulous performance

Average Rating

Close enough to see the expression on the performers faces, but far enough away to have a panoramic view of the entire stage (vital for the energetic choreography of...
