I can't attest to what kind of business they currently are, but I was a customer there back in 2001-2004. I got the best companion I've ever had from them! My cat, pumpkin, I purchased from them...

Horrible place, they don't care about animals and they're arrogant about it...very creepy group of people running the operation. Stay away!

Very disappointing! no responsibility nor ethics. Keeping animals in poor conditions. Refusing to cover veterinary service costs after selling a sick animal!!

I have been going there for over twenty years and they are the best pet store. I adopted my cats, bearded dragons, hedgehog and rabbits, guinea pigs through the years. I buy my pet supplies weekly and it is a wonderful place. They are wonderful people and are extremely helpful and have everything you would need for your pets.
