First time visit and have NEVER been treated so rude just walking into a place. She was on the phone screaming at someone while I waited 10 min. Told her to take her time I wasn't in a hurry....

I sincerely enjoy my visits to Nataliya. I know I can always count on her to do a great job. She bends over backwards to cater to time constraints and is always willing to help out when necessary....

Drunk crazy Russian lady

I brought in 3 suits and payed her a premium rate because I her heard she was good. As of now, the suits were never finished and I wouldn't trust her with any type of clothing I considerable valuable. The woman yells in a thick Russian accent and smells like Vodka. At first I figured "who cares" if she's a talented seamstress (tought to find) but she can't even finish the work she starts. My 3 suits have been fixed by another shop and for about 1/2 of what the crazy Natalia charged me. The employee at the other shop told me she hears strange stories about Natalias all the time.
