Called to set up appointment for quote. Was told I would be contacted by Dan. Two days and several voicemails later, I received a phone call from a very impatient owner who did not want to apologize for ignoring my calls. When pressed why, I was subject to a birage of disrespect. Which led to being hung up on. Very unprofessional.

Normally you do a good job but last summer was a disappointment. We had you treat the lawn because we were having our son's wedding reception in our backyard.
