I am an advertiser and paid $150 to list my add for my process serving book.  Claire Scull, Administrative Secretary for NAPPS took my credit card information and placed my order for my add to appear in the current 2015 copy of The Docket Sheet.  She made numerous promises to send me a copy of the docket sheet publications my add appeared in.  Months went by and I never received a copy of this...

It is a fraud. Gary runs the international business from the office.it is a scam avoid like the plague. If you are a client of NAPPS don't use the members they are not professionals at all. The only thing it takes to be a member is you can't be a felon in the past 5 years. What standards is that? They have had process servers who are on the sex register who are convicts and worse yet sewer...

When I spoke with the lady at end of conversation with the Administrator she said it would be a day to correct my listing they screwed up and I would hear from them.  They did not fix it after repeated requests.  I could not get them on the phone again.  Very unprofessional!
