Needed a master cylinder for an older car looked every were no one had saw this auto parts store that looked like it was closed until i turned the corner i was greeted by not one but 3 informative workers all answering my questions from different points of view ...and to my Surprise they were all correct asked about my master cylinder and not only did they have it in stock they had three...
I needed a light bulb for my car and stopped in. I wasn't greeted or helped, but I was able to find what I needed quickly with the organized layout.
The cashier lady was friendly and made sure to check if I got the right item. She was also very informative about the return policy and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my purchase.
