I purchased a Subaru brake rotor and it was all rusty after opening the box. I took it back and had to argue with the owner to get a replacement :(. Not Happy !

I returned a defective part yesterday that I'd bought less than a month ago and was given a hard time about how it must have been installed wrong , ect., ect. Parts Personnel at there worst. :(

I went there an hour before closing time and purchased a brake caliper for my F-150. When I got home and took the old one off , I discovered that I'd been sold a RH caliper , when I clearly stated that I wanted a LH caliper. I called back five minutes before closing so that I could exchange it but no one answered the phone. My next purchase will be anywhere but there.
