worst ever experience. brakes were grinding and they claimed it was the roter. picked up vehicle and minutes later same noise. service claims it was now the caliber. so you charged me for rotors for no reason boss ? yeah, would not give refund on that. bought calibers waited until they arrived; wrong ones. yeah my car was so special and hard to guess which one. 2002 escape ! the service dept...
Paid 495$ to repair oil sending unit. Told me they had 12 month 12000 mile parts and labor warranty. Drove 15 miles oil light came on truck said to shut engine off. Nobody wants to drive with oil light on. Took it to nearest Chevrolet dealer about half a mile. Called Napa Wylie spoke to Don. Told him I did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle back to wylie and I'm taking it to the Chevy...
Beware of this shop!I was quoted under $100 for parts and labor in the morning . . . later, they told me they ordered the wrong part, which conveniently ended up being twice as expensive.
I would say this is a last resort auto part store, I was ripped off majorly and the guys are rude. Refrain if possible!
This place is HORRIBLE!! You have to understand how this place operates. The guys behind the counter are SERVICE WRITERS the get a COMMISSION. Fixing your car is not their primary purpose....
