Pi** poor counter people, these people cant pay attention to who is calling, they don't take notes and they give your parts to anyone that picks up parts, our business has several shops with separate account numbers and they cant even ask customer which acct. they belong to, they assume that we are all the same. And they blame customer for their mistake. I will drive 30 minutes to another...
