My problem was with his business practices, not his ability as a dentist. He was actually pretty good.
I was quoted a certain price for a root canal, paid it and figured it was all over. WELL....6 months later, his staff contacts me and says I owe another $250!!! If I don't pay, they will send it to collections agency.
When the follow up appmt was made to check the work, I had asked to make sure there was no charge for this visit. I was assured there was none. Guess what .... yep. They did charge me!! What dentist piece-meals his quotes for a root canal! I have never experienced this before and I have had A LOT of dental work done. Usually, you get a quote and that is it. Am I not right???
The person in charge for billing (Margret) is quite aggressive and talks in circles. She should be a used car salesman. You cannot get anywhere or reason with her at all.
I unfortunately had nothing in writing...my bad.
So if you want to take advantage of this good dentist, just make sure you get GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!
The worst office staff of anywhere I've experienced. They charged me extra.. and would not give my money back.. would not listen to me.. and for $50 they sent me to collections where they were not supposed to charge me for my deductible since I had paid it already. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The office manager is impossible to deal with and is not trustworthy.
I would have given him ONE STAR, but his work was good.
