Do not go to this doctor. He may be a good doc but he has the office manager from hades.

My mistake was not getting every word from the receptionist to the doctor to the office manager (Margaret) down IN WRITING. I took them at their word. Big mistake. Now I am being threatened. The insurance company paid them which was more than they said it would cost and now they are dunning me for $84 more. I tried to talk to the doctor but was told that was not possible. If he doesn't know...
