Not getting better getting worse. Never enough staff in concession area. Half cooked pizzas. They ran out of pizza boxes and handed me a extremely hot pizza on metal serving platter. not safe. Same manager walking around aloof not caring. He literally looked at the long line and kept walking. Kid behind register doing the best he can but it's the management here.
Tried 5 times to get a live person on the phone kept dropping me after you click the options. Couldn't get a real person to answer and was trying to line up a group of 40. Oh well guess they are flush already

Was visiting the Roswell area for a family wedding- Took my eleven year old twin nieces to burn off some energy. They were literally bouncing off the walls! The facility was very clean and had a friendly staff. Both girls even managed to score a prize from the dreaded claw machine. Thx for a Great experience !
