We(7 people) went to Nagoya for dinner on Saturday Oct 31st 2010. Every thing was good until chef Sean showed up. He wasn't smiling during entire service. I was feeling terribly depressed by looking at him. His hibachi performance was done poorly, failed several times. It makes me wonder if he is a student in training. Lobster tail was overcooked and tast like rubber band, shrimp was very salty, grilled vegerables were tasteless, I bet he fortogot seasonning them. Any way, $25.00/person is not cheap compare to such low level of service and moody chef. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Me and some of my girls decided to try out a new spot for dinner and drinks last weekend, and our visit at Nagoya did everything but disappoint us. After sharing a few delicious appetizers we decided to order a few cocktails. The TY KU black immediately caught my eye and it ended up being a great choice. Not only was it refreshing and great tasting, it had less than half the calories of my usual go-to drinks. Be sure to check out Nagoya if your looking for a great night out!
Pros
+ Great food and delicious cocktails!
Nagoya opened up witha slue of new strips on 620... The food is pretty good but nothing compared to more established North Austin sushi rest...
Great food and great atmoshere. Prices are a bit much but it's worth it. At least worth the time to visit once.
