Lived here for 11 months. Gave them the 12th month rent as I could not stay here any longer. If you are deaf, then this place may be for you. There is little sound insulation in the walls between apartments and none between floors. You will hear every step your overhead neighbor makes. If you are unlucky as we were and get an insomniac as your upstairs neighbor be prepared to get awaken...

Best maintenance staff ever

This is an older property, but it is excellently kept. Their maintenance is amongst the best I have ever ran across, their apartments are well kept. Any problems, just call and they will fix it - anything. It's excellent value for money, too!
