have to say after many trips with clothes.and calls..totaly turned off..they take everything and don't tell you what sells and what gets thrown out!...called today...and found out no longer taking winter items...great for shopping if you do...

I just bought a beautiful fur coat and could hardly believe the great price I got. Also got some really nice jewelry. This is by far the best resale shop I've seen. It was neat and clean, well organized, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

A very "one-sided" deal here. You clean, press, and deliver high quality, designer clothes to them and you get little help and lots of attitude. They sold about 1/2 of what I left there and then KEEP THE REST FOR SALE after the deadline. ...

Poorly Treated and Almost Didn't Get My Payment

Similar to other reviews, I was treated poorly by all of the staff, both in scheduling the appointment and bringing my clothes in, and was shuttled to a back room where they already had racks of clothes, most of which weren't in any better ...
