Locally owned and has been for many years. Excellent food. I particularly enjoy the hamburgers. Unless you are about 6'3" and 300 pounds do NOT get the double cheeseburger. The food USED to be great. Now it's just ok. The place has carpet from the 70's and it just dirty all the time. The front porch isn't safe to walk on.

This is becoming one of my favorite bars in the area. The bartenders are friendly as are the clientele. They also have pretty decent bar food. Unlike some of the other watering holes in the area, I do not feel like an old man or that I am at an MTV Real World casting call. On Friday nights you can find college kids along with middle aged locals without some of the seedier elements at other places.
