I came in and was immediately welcomed to the shop, the guy working was very polite helped me to what I was looking for and helped me to feel very comfortable and open. Good selection also.

Don't make the same mistake I did. This place is not a hardware store. Still, pretty good customer service, and I was able to buy something that closely resembled a hammer.
