We has an appointment for 05/02/16. Got there right as they opened at 8:00am. The lovely Jessica asked us why we had a cat in there as she is highly allergic to cats. We said we had an appointment and she said no. It had been cancelled. She pulled up the appointment book and we clearly seen that our appointment had not been cancelled OR rescheduled. I love this place! Every time I take my dogs, it's evident how much they love dogs. The groomers at Petsmart would cringe when we walked in with a Saint Bernard and a Great Dane, but the folks at Mutt Puddles are always excited to see them and fawn over then. I know they are being treated well and pampered while they are there! Thanks Mutt Puddles for taking such good care of our big babies!

This lady is rude to customers to their faces, I can't imagine how she treats the puppies when their humans are not around! She got rid of the best groomer she had, I think her name is Shannon... Anyway, the place has gone down hill! I will never take my babies there again!!
