This review is very contradicting..and wrong.. As director, I will clarify..The teachers ARE very talented, and degreed, as we are the most sought after. The calls go to voice mail, ON PURPOSE, because we ALWAYS keep ALL calls stored, and we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Mailbox is NEVER full. We occasionally ask students to move a lesson to accomodate other students and parents...

I would not recommend this place. Although the music teacher's are very talented, it is very difficult to get a hold of someone. Even when an e-mail is sent there is no response the phone always goes to voicemail and the mailbox is always full. They are constantly changing lesson times to accommodate new student and the existing students are frequently bumped from their established lesson...
