My local company whom I have had an account with for years told me they couldn't help me.too busy. I called multispec during an extremely busy time and they were there in 2 hours.

They responded quickly when furnace would not run. Had to replace computer. They knew what they were doing and gave us choices to fit our budget. They were great and we will use them for our regular cleanings.

I wsa very pleased with the repairman who took the time to be certain that an unusual problem was indeed solved before he left . This took three different approaches to the situation, and the final diagnosis has proven to be correct. Professional, friendly and efficient is a good combination on a cold day without heat !
