UPDATE---UPDATE VERDICT IN SPECIALTY MARKETING NOT GUILTY-- INNOCENT!!!!

I have just received word, from a reliable source, that the frivolous lawsuit filed by a specialty marketing client has been dismissed. The judge found no wrong doing on specialty marketing's part!!! Maybe you guys at Vendstar can help me out, I have some questions that I'd like honest answers to.
Isn't it true that you mislead customers with false income claims?
Isn't it true that you tell the that you have your own route, tell them how much money you make with it, when you own zero machines?

vending takes work

I have over 100 Vendstar machines and placed 1/2 myself and 1/2 with a locating company (not Specialty Marketing). In both cases, machines fell out and it was up to me to get the spots replaced. It's a reality of the business - the business doesn't develop and grow by itself. If you're not willing to put in a little work, vending (or any self-owned business) is not for you.
