Very dysfunctional office & staff. Three weeks after office visit and the office hadn't gotten a script to our pharmacy after telling us it was done, twice, by FAX and electronically. Dead bugs in exam room. Office staff member, with crying baby in her arms, getting patients from waiting room. Patient forms very skewed on paper and looked like a 10th generation copy. Dr. Patel and his nurse are great. The woman at the front desk is rude and short with patients. She is the only reason I dread my doctor appointments.

I was impressed with the time he takes to make sure he understands everything about you. He misses nothing and you do not feel like you are being rushed out of the office. I was stunned when I fractured an ankle and broke the same leg and took the 911 ride to the ER one day to receive a phone call the next day from him personally the next day asking if everything was ok and did I need...
