Joe ott and his workers are in no way up front or honest with you. if you want a fair estimate, quality work, and satisfaction, these are not your people.
I had an oil leak. when all was said and done, the write up on the estimate changed. it was high already, but they tacked on an extra 50 dollars.
The parts that were needed were marked up 3 times what they sold for.

All of the workers there are courteous and are always ready to lend a helping hand, Not to mention that they are always the cheapest deal around with QUALITY parts and they will be completely honest with you also.
Bob and his team are the most honest group of guys around. I know because I have gone to them for every repair under the sun. Most of the time they didn't even charge me for the labor, just the parts they were replacing. I love this place and I wish I still lived near them.
