Moved back to Ashland in August. Needed four new tires for a minivan. Called MTW twice for estimates and took ages to get the telephone answered both times. Got a rough estimate which was not out of reach, Went to shop two days in a row to but new tires and people were waiting to get in. Great business, I figuredl Turns out no one ever came to open the business!!!! Two days in a row. No notes on door. Nothing. I took my $650 elsewhere and am very happy with the shop I found. I know nothing of MTW's work but their work ethic stinks -- you can't work if you don't go to work and open the door....

I am glad there is people still in the tire & auto service business that cares about their customers , I was given a quote before any work or tires was installed, they explained that MTW has 2 technicians 1 torques the wheels then the 2nd tech torques the wheels again. I also received a free alignment check and was lucky my vehicle was not out of alignment and therefore there was NO CHARGE. MTW...

Never go to MTW in Russell.... Had struts put on front for 714.00 and sent me home to come back the next day to re-adjust them..On the way home I stopped and call MTW and said the car was making an awful noise..John the manager said that it would make noise and that it was safe.. Proceeded home the last 2 miles and parked.. Got up the next morning to take back and 100 feet out of my drive on the main road the car popped and jerked into on comming traffic.Truck was able to stop before hitting me...The wheel blew and the axle popped out with the rim and all... Wrecked my car.. I call police...
