Subscribed to Direct TV in July 2012 and told them this was a temporary address.  I paid $221.40 to start up service.  Three months later I moved and was then charged $342.59 to start up service.  No one told me you  had to be in your residence a year before you had a free move.  I told Direct Tv I want to cancel becasuse  of the unfair charge, they told me I was locked into the contract for...
